Potty Training take #1

Yesterday I decided to give potty training a go. I read how to potty train in one day and had everything together so I could spend all day working one-on-one with Lauren . We were very successful, well at least with wetting through 7 pairs of princess panties and 3 pairs of training pants.
She can do all of the potty process by herself, go into the bathroom, pull down her pants, get her potty seat, get her step stool and sit down , wipe, flush the toilet, put everything away and wash her hands. Yet in the entire time she never once went pee in the toilet. I fed her tons of salty foods and lots of juice, pop and water to make sure she needed to pee a lot. Twice she went in to the bathroom on her own and peed while standing right next to the toilet and once she got up off the toilet and stood in the bathtub to pee. So I think she still needs to work on being able to pee while sitting down and then we will give it another go... It was actually kind of nice to spend so much time completely devoted to her we enjoyed it even if we didn't accomplish our end goal...
